Due to the natural and handmade nature of our pieces:

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order jewelry is created specifically for you and is considered final sale.

Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Production timelines may vary depending on the design.


Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Mignot & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Customs delays for international orders

Ownership transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.

Mignot & Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Jewelry Care and Responsibility

Mignot & Co. jewelry is designed to be lived in and worn daily. Our pieces are created with durability and longevity in mind, allowing them to accompany you through everyday activities.

To preserve the integrity and finish of your jewelry, each purchase includes shea butter specifically provided for care. The customer is responsible for periodically applying the provided shea butter to maintain the jewelry’s condition and appearance over time.

Mignot & Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to properly care for the piece, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or excessive force beyond normal wear.

Natural wear over time is expected and contributes to the individual character of each piece.

All designs, images, logos, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Mignot & Co.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

Mignot & Co. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our jewelry or website.
